About Benjamin Venter

My goal is simple: to bring clarity and confidence to your financial reporting, no matter how complex your organization. Growing up in a small fishing town on the West Coast of South Africa, I learned the value of simplicity and community. These principles have been my compass throughout a global corporate journey and are at the heart of what I do today. After leading complex Audit Transformation projects at Deloitte and KPMG across 45+ countries, spanning financial services, tech, and energy, I saw a universal need: to simplify financial complexity. My biggest takeaway was that collaboration is the true driver of success. This is what brought me to Workiva. First as a Solutions Consultant and now as a Multi Entity Reporting Director, I help the office of the CFO to navigate the growing challenges of global financial reporting. By acting as a true business partner, I leverage Workiva's platform to unify processes and enable the transparent, unified reporting that stakeholders demand.
