About Benjamin Violle

I actively participate in laboratory work involving the main activities of the R&D department, including research level activity and process development. I am involved in the development/validation of methods aimed at characterizing therapies which form the main focus of the R&D department. I have relevant experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques required in the field of CAR T cells, such as DNA cloning, gene expression analysis, gene transfer (e.g. retroviruses, lentivirus), cell culture (primary), flow cytometry, Incucyte and ELISA I perform these analyzes according to instructions/SOPs, including RNA/DNA extraction, flow cytometry and ELISA. I work closely with colleagues across the Department to analyze and review data generated in specific experiments and to enable the design and implementation of additional experiments. I contribute to laboratory maintenance activities including placing orders, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, keeping results/example databases up to date.
