Throughout my career, I've successfully bridged the gap between cross-functional teams in planning, purchasing, and operations, resulting in significant improvements in throughput, productivity, and quality. Notably, I helped increase production throughput by 50% by building a high-performing operations team, and developed tools that enabled us to plan production more effectively, even in the face of headcount fluctuations, product mix changes, and disruptions to internal processes. One of my proudest experiences was participating in a study abroad program focused on the coffee supply chain, which expanded my global supply chain perspective and further fueled my interest in operational excellence.
