I am a software engineer who believes that project success requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills. I care about identifying clear requirements that are aligned with user demands and business success. I understand software development as a collaborative craft in which modularity, great documentation, consistent type annotations, and thorough testing are paramount for project maintainability and scalability. I love building modular solutions that are adaptable to rapid shifts in competitive markets and am a passionate problem-solver who is quick to pick up whatever skills are needed for the problem at hand. I take ownership and pride in my work and am as confident in delivering end-to-end web solutions wearing numerous hats (e.g, infrastructure, full-stack) as I am in integrating with existing teams and taking on a mentorship role to level-up team members and multiply output. Outside of engineering, I enjoy playing various musical instruments from piano, to guitar, to trombone, and going on long, long walks gathering creative inspiration and fresh perspectives to bring to my work.
