About Benjamin Zvik

Master in Finance + Bsc in Economics with a great entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and leadership skills. I worked for two years and a half as an equity research analyst of the enterprise software industry for a Bank of America´s team based in San Francisco. There I was able to develop my financial, excel and analytical skills by building financial models, evaluating different scenarios and writing reports providing financial advisory of the industry. After my first experience, I joined Wabi, a Coca-Cola company´s project that seeks to digitize the B2B & B&C channel. Being a Business Operations Manager of a tech start-up allowed me to enhance my virtues of flexibility, proactivity and organization. My first role was to build, present to the board of directors and implement a new business plan to create new special stores in Argentina and Brazil (darkstores). There I led a team of 10 people, standardized the business processes and analyzed the main KPIs to transform them into valuable insights. It was great to see how Wabi grew from 80 to employees, by actively contributing to expand its Latam business. I was given a unique opportunity to develop my professional career, and take on higher responsibilities and different roles. One year later I was promoted to LATAM Operations Leader, I was selected to build the business unit of small and medium restaurants marketplace from scratch in Latin America that led end up having 12K orders and USD 120K in revenue per month. I created, hired and led 30 analysts, sales reps and executive accounts that achieved the registration of 400 new stores in 18 months. I was in charge of aligning the business strategy and standardized team processes with BI, product and marketing team. Managing greater responsibilities gave me the possibility of improving my decision making skills under different contexts of uncertainty to positively impact business performance. I am a passionate person about business operations and strategy. It really motivates me to see my ideas implemented in a tangible way by using the information available and creativity to think out of the box. My last experience helped me to be an enthusiastic and dedicated person that adapt well to new challenges.
