Currently training as an animal relocation specialist for the ASPCA. This entails communicating with shelters and a logistics team to safety and efficiently transport live animals from southern shelter locations to destinations further north with more space.Previously a senior member of the CSR team for Cats Only Veterinary Clinic. Along with handling customer communication through multiple facets, I utilized specialty software to handle patient records and schedule medical appointments. I was tasked with assessing and prioritizing information given to me by clients to provide the best possible advice. Communicated directly with veterinary professionals and work with a team to complete necessary tasks to keep the day to day run of the clinic smooth and efficient.Before that, a long time jack of all trades with BARKBOX. I worked multiple positions including escalation resolution, peer support specialist, sales associate, and distribution center ambassador. I have been in leadership roles multiple times, working to provide support to a team and monitor their personal and professional growth as individuals in the BARK ecosystem.
