About Bennett Henry

I have a fundamental understanding of scientific principles in the fields of chemistry, physics, and engineering coupled with a detailed understanding of statistical methods which underpin all manufacturing processes. I leverage these skills to relentlessly attack manufacturing problems in an economical and statistically sound way. I am an experienced leader and team member in multiple teams. More than anything else I believe it's best to identify what I may I bring to a team to enable its success today and continuous improvement going forward. I have experience in communicating information to project leads, business managers, technical directors, and senior vice presidents. More importantly I have a demonstrated history of communicating science, engineering, and manufacturing statistics to production operators, supervisors, and technicians. I understand the folly of a perfect analysis which is lost in translation or not acted on by operators and supervisors. I constantly search for best-in-class partners of both raw materials and equipment to improve a manufacturer’s bottom line. I have provided both positive and constructive feedback to vendors to facilitate continuous improvement. When necessary, I search for and evaluate new vendors for industrial equipment. I have experience designing complicated industrial process equipment. I am an expert in analyzing project manuals, finding key information, and collaborating with vendors to purchase new or replacement equipment. I have utilized drafting software to design and specify new equipment. I have worked with industrial fabricators, mechanics, and millwrights to then install such equipment with minimal interruption to the normal cadence of manufacturing. Most importantly I live and breathe that manufacturing is a team effort and any successful manufacturer must praise, reward, and compensate superior performance from every team member. A team that does not respect all its members is not a team I want to be on.
