For over nine years, I have been a Certified Business Coach and Speaker Trainer for The John Maxwell Team, a global network of leadership development professionals. My mission is to help individuals and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals by providing coaching, teaching, and speaking services based on the proven principles and practices of John Maxwell, the world's most influential leadership expert. Prior to joining The John Maxwell Team, I worked as a Manager EDMS IMS at Cox Automotive, a leading provider of digital solutions for the automotive industry. There, I was responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the adoption and retention of KBB Instant Cash Offer, a platform that connects car buyers and sellers with dealers. I also managed the integration and implementation of other innovative products and services, such as UpSide, Esntial, and EV Mobility, to enhance the customer experience and optimize the business performance of Cox Automotive's clients. During my tenure, I leveraged my skills in active listening, new business development, and professional development to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, deliver high-quality results, and support the growth and success of my team and organization.
