About Benny McGee

I am a driven individual who does whatever it takes to complete the job. I have currently worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for nearly two years as an Environmental Investigator in the Air Section. During this time I have completed numerous investigation reports ensuring that local regulated entities are operating within compliance of their operating permits. I am familiar with Federal Operating Permits (FOP), New Source Review (NSR), Permit-by-Rule (PBR) and many more regulatory permitting documents. I am a very personable individual, and regularly communicate with the public addressing complaints that are submitted to our agency. Within the last two years working for the TCEQ, I have gained knowledge of required permitting combine that regulated individuals must comply with, and what information they must submit to the agency if they are not in compliance at any time during operation. I am constant striving to learn more about my respected field to ensure that I provide the most accurate information to anyone, public or private, that may need assistance in ensuring they are within state and federal requirements.
