My role at Bell is to Avoid or clear all problems during the life cycle of the project, to give customer service in time. I have a Great knowledge of the external and internal network in telephony. Since 2005 I serve on the board of Director of "Desjardins Credit Union of Telecommunications Employees." I am in a position to make a difference for members and employees, by the decisions taken at each meeting and understanding their impact, I am also the president of the audit committee where we ensure that standards (Desjardins), law and regulations are followed by the management team and staff. I have great knowledge in governance and strategy (Financial - risk management - marketing - IT technology risk/management - advisor) I am a person who happily transmits the information that might help my team. I see things/problems in a different point of view and this helps me/the team to resolve problems and innovate more rapidly.
