I am leading the expertise team in charge of the EIP platform for AXA France. It includes the platform ownership, the architecture and the AXA Integration Framework. Relying on experts and experienced profiles, the main challenges I'm addressing are the platform roadmap and its implementation, the vendor relationship management for AXA France scope, and representing the largest user at the Group EIP Center Of Excellence : guidance for vision, roadmap, reusable assets implementation. EIP (Enterpise Integration Platform) is the AXA Group building block for applicative integration, servicing, service and API mediation. It is partly based on Software AG webMethods products and deployed in many Operational Countries. We use many more technical components for service caching, event streaming, monitoring (ie Hazelcast, Kafka, ElasticSearch.), EIP is seen as the IT integration and mediation backbone for AXA France.
