With over three decades of experience in marketing, communication, digital, and CSR, I co-founded JUSTE in 2020 to offer a new way of connecting companies with talented professionals who can drive their growth and value creation. JUSTE is a platform that provides flexible, agile, and customized solutions for clients who need experts or managers in these fields for their temporary or permanent projects. As a co-founder, I leverage my operational and managerial skills to deliver high-quality services and results for our clients, while also leading the development and expansion of our network of talents. My expertise in communication strategy, branding, reputation, and sustainability stems from my previous roles as Chief Communications Officer at Elior Group, PMU, and Groupe Casino, where I successfully managed complex and diverse challenges in highly competitive and regulated sectors. I am also passionate about promoting the professions of retail, marketing, and communication, and I have served as a board member for several institutions and professional organizations, such as SIAL, IFM, ARPP, and Entreprises & Médias.
