MBA with solid general business background that enjoys challenging fast-paced environment and taking on responsibility. Benoit began his career with more than 10 years experiences in small and medium-sized structures in France and abroad (Germany, Scotland, Flanders, India, Thailand and Indonesia) which were very revealing of his skills as a team leader while having important responsibilities in the supply chain and purchasing scopes. He has developed strong skills in supplier relations and negotiation. Agile by nature, he quickly analyze situations to find better solutions. His ability to work and my perseverance have always allowed him to progress and adapt. The projects He has carried out have also allowed him to develop his communication skills and to listen while being attentive to the expectations of his interlocutors. He has managed different purchasing families (direct and indirect) which make him today a hybrid profile both in purchasing and supply chain. He learned to work in multicultural teams, to adapt quickly to a new environment thanks to a strong sense of inter-organizational collaboration.
