I do Business Relationship Management for Digital Transformation Services. I drove User Experience for Digital Transformation Services. I taught, drove and implemented Business process transformation (Six Sigma - Black Belt, LEAN, CMMI…) across several Amadeus teams. I drove improvements projects based on my intimate knowledge of Amadeus Commercial Organizations (ACOs) processes and challenges including revenue and collection and contract management to generate revenues and lower costs. I have more than 20 years of experience in Amadeus and I’m used to deal with complex management situation (impact on people of reorganizations, coaching and skills management, budget constraints). I have strong contacts with teams across revenue management and collections teams. I drove Projects & project portfolio management I worked on some tools (CRM, SAP, etc.) and their evolutions and the requirements for evolution as well as complex billed solutions.
