Benoit is a senior consultant with an extensive experience in IT infrastructure including Microsoft technologies, VMWare, Citrix, and has good hardware knowledge. His extensive knowledge, experience and capacity for synthesis enable a quick and accurate understanding of customer needs, greatly facilitating the management of the services offered and provided. He thereby has the ability to share an understanding of technical elements to non-technical people. His sense of organization allows to optimize working time and produce clear results in terms of both creation of documents and in discussions or presentations. His rigor and perseverance involve conservative management of projects ensuring, compliance with established budgets.
