About Benoit Dallalba

As a professional of Collections, my goal is not only to collect cash but manage the momentum with our customers. I have over 20 years of experience in managing teams of different sorts. From basketball teams to finance groups, I developed a way of driving the people I word with. From management to collaborators, I made a point to bridge teams together. My purpose is to connect both in-house customers and outside ones. In all my different activities, I am proud to say that I built a strong and trustful relationship with the people around me. Avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’équipes – aussi bien dans le sport que dans la finance – j’ai appris à accompagner des profils variés, à créer du lien, et à encourager le travail collectif. J’essaie toujours de faire en sorte que les équipes, internes comme externes, avancent dans la même direction. Ce qui compte pour moi, c’est la qualité des échanges. Prendre le temps d’écouter, comprendre les besoins et les freins de chacun, pour mieux répondre aux objectifs de l’entreprise tout en restant proche du terrain.
