About Benoit de Rycker

Professional kitchens belong to the most challenging spaces when talking about aspects as important as Indoor Environment Quality (IEQ), Sustainability, Safety & Health. Halton Foodservice designs state-of-the-art solutions that combine them all and is recognised by the professionals as the most innovative in this industry. Innovative solutions represent for me a strong driver. I am proud working on the promotion of solutions and services that really make kitchens entering the sphere of green buildings and above all, that make them a better place to work in for Chefs and their staff, whatever kitchen type we’re talking about, from quick service restaurants to fine dining. To just mention a few of the technologies I've contributed to promote and which made the lines moving on that market and continue to make them moving: the five times awarded M.A.R.V.E.L. Demand Controlled Ventilation system, the first kitchen specific and EUROVENT certified range of exhaust and supply Air Handling Units with advanced pollution control technologies or the first Culinary and Human Centric Light also specifically designed for professional kitchens. Needless to say some others are coming. Want to know more? Contact me at benoit.derycker@halton.com
