About Benoit Duplat

Belgian entrepreneur and investor Benoît Duplat is a graduate of Solvay Brussels School and Harvard Business School. After an early career in private equity, he founded and led the Abilis network for fifteen years, providing residential care for adults with intellectual disabilities in Belgium and France. He currently heads Phinaïs SPRL, a family office managing private equity holdings, primarily in the health and social care sectors in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Current portfolio companies include: – Provia (nursing homes – Belgium) – L’Élixir (home nursing care – Belgium) – Milewood Healthcare (specialist residential services – UK) – Enso Zorg (care operator – Netherlands) – SociaNova (care management software – France) Benoît has also been involved in the development of Talbot Group (Ireland), CERENE (France), and the real estate of the Abilis group, all of which were successfully exited between 2021 and 2024.
