Background

About Benoit Lachapelle

As an Architect based in Ottawa, I am passionate about the impact of architecture on communities and the importance of creating functional, beautiful spaces that enhance the lives of those who use them. With a focus on institutional and commercial projects, I strive to design buildings that meet the specific needs of the organizations they serve, while also incorporating sustainable design principles and accessibility features. I am also committed to incorporating community-based ideas into my designs, and am passionate about creating spaces that promote social interaction and connection. I am passionate about the art and science of architecture, and am particularly interested in the study of tectonics and the use of materials to create visually striking designs. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality work and constantly seeking new opportunities to grow as a professional and make a positive impact on the built environment.
