My focus is on helping clients navigate complex challenges and unlock long-term value through people, business, and technology transformation. With over 30 years of experience across consulting and industry, I bring a deep understanding of business strategy, large-scale transformation, and digital technology. I am passionate about delivering real impact for clients and fostering strong, lasting relationships. Since joining EY in 2012, I have worked with leading organisations across multiple industries, advising on business transformation, market entry strategies, customer transformation, technology and IT transformation, capital projects, cyber security, and back-office improvements. Previously, I served as UK & Ireland Managing Partner for Consulting, growing the business by over twofold and creating a team of over consultants. I was part of the UK & I Executive team as well as the EMEIA, and Global Consulting leadership teams. I also spent several years as EY’s Global Energy Leader, leading a team of over industry professionals worldwide and being part of EY Top 100. Before EY, I spent nine years as a Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Strategy and Transformation at a large global organisation, where I led a major business and technology transformation, achieving a 50% improvement in employee and customer satisfaction. I am a firm believer in putting people first and fostering a truly inclusive culture inside and outside EY. My focus remains on delivering exceptional client service and enabling EY professionals to thrive.
