I am passionate about human connections, team empowerment, and driving sustainable change in the public transport sector. My career highlights include leading the development of IVECO’s first electric bus—a project that marked a turning point in our commitment to sustainable mobility. I also spent three years in strategic planning for the Bus Division, defining and executing a roadmap to drive long-term growth and innovation. Currently, I oversee our dealer network, with a strong focus on upskilling teams in electric vehicle maintenance and expanding our charging infrastructure to meet the demands of our evolving market. Deeply committed to tackling climate challenges, I continually embrace new learning, particularly in emerging technologies like AI, to keep advancing both my own expertise and our team’s capabilities.
