About Benoit Laval

Benoit LAVAL is a mountain and running lover, running in competition since he was 9 years old. His studies, along with his military service in Saint-Cyr-Coëtquidan, have played a leading role in building his taste for entrepreneurship. As a graduated textile engineer, he decided to build his life around his passions: creation of Raidlight in recovery of the company Vertical in 2010, creation of the 1st European Trail Station in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse in 2011, creation of the International Trail Stations network and creation of the 1st Ski touring area (and National network) in 2012, creation of the Made in France production workshop INO-Fab in 2015. His sporting success has grown in parallel to these projects. In fact, Benoit LAVAL never stops combining these projects to his love of running, promoting the company by participating in numerous Trail races in France and abroad (See "Awards and other recognitions" below): more than 50 victories in 26 countries and 200 Trail races around the world. In 2011, Benoit LAVAL settles in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, in the heart of the mountains, and gives new impetus to his search for personal and professional fulfilment.
