About Benoit Ribe

I am a passionate solutions oriented HR professional with an international dimension. I have been working in HR since 2012 with the particularity of cumulating the role of internal HR and advising clients from different industries. During this time, I accumulated valuable experiences and practical knowledge in different areas related to HR. Graduated in a reputed Business Management School majoring in Human Resources Management. I have a strong business acumen that enables me to translate business strategies into HR practices through the entire employee lifecycle (from recruitment to termination). Throughout the years I gained a deep understanding of the HR challenges that companies face at different phases of their growth and decline in a broad range of industries. With a human approach to HR, I value the individual within the organisation when keeping in mind the business needs and objectives. I am able to assist and support organisations dealing with key stakeholders (from c-levels to line managers). My understanding of business allows me to advise on a broad range of HR matters (from compliance to best practices). Taking advantage of my French/Australian background, my international work experience and my study on “the impact of cross-cultural factors in the change acceptance”, I am able to navigate across cultures and understand clients’ needs and therefore am able to communicate efficiently with overseas HR shared services (when applicable) in order to educate international companies on local culture and HR standards. I use this as a leverage on a daily basis to assess what businesses don’t know and how they could optimise their costs, create and enforce their HR strategies whilst remaining compliant with organisation’s policies and procedures. Education and improvements have always been part of my professional life, including at the early stages when I was a tennis instructor.
