About Bentley Pugh

Bentley’s journey into real estate started with a senior project in high school and has brought him to where he is today – a managing member of a successful real estate investment firm. Always a hard worker with an entrepreneurial spirit, he started hustling at a young age and initiated his own landscaping company in 1998. In 2006, he sold his landscaping company and became an agent most interested in commercial real estate. Since then, he’s evolved from a real estate broker to managing his family-owned real estate investment firm, Beachworks LLC. As managing member, Bentley wears many hats and is primarily responsible for business development, managing new construction listings, and overseeing Beachworks developments and acquisitions. His daily tasks include creating and maintaining the company’s vision, implementing new systems and tools to increase productivity, determining highest and best use for any property, creating and identifying leads for acquisitions, and much more. His passion for real estate stems from the inconsistent and ever-challenging aspects of the industry. He particularly loves the flexibility and challenge that his job demands, as well as the opportunity to help others succeed both personally and professionally. Outside of work, he’s spending time with his wife and his 3 kids, his son, Tucker, daughter Georgia, & son Waylon. When not happily consumed with new parent life, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with his friends.
