About Benugopal Bairagya

I am a passionate researcher in materials science, specializing in spin caloritronics. My expertise lies in understanding the anomalous and topological Hall effect, as well as the anomalous Nernst effect in topological magnetic materials. Currently, I am a NIMS Junior Researcher and a PhD student at the University of Tsukuba, where I focus on experimental and analytical approaches to explore emergent transport phenomena in magnetic materials. My research integrates thin film fabrication (magnetron sputtering), microfabrication techniques, and advanced material characterization using PPMS, MPMS, and XRD. In addition to my experimental skills, I have a strong background in data analysis using Python and other scientific tools, allowing me to efficiently process and interpret complex datasets. I am also proficient in scientific programming, which helps me automate workflows and model physical phenomena. My ultimate goal is to contribute as a scientist, advancing the understanding of spin caloritronics and its potential applications.
