I have built up over 10 years worth of experience working within the voice industry. Currently I am the lead for the Symbio wholesale support team which specializes in inbound and outbound voice services for Australia's largest wholesale voip service provider. The core of my work evolves around providing solutions for both internal and external stakeholders as well as developing and updating processes to improve the effeciency of all BAU tasks which allows the team to service all our stakeholder with quicker turnarounds.
