An experienced manager with hands on deck training and proven experience in the public policy industry,Berka Dzekem exercises not only in International Tax Consulting, Public Contracts including Public/Private Partnerships which is privileged by our Development Partners highlighted in the National Development Strategy 2030 (both Cameroonian Procedures and Procedures of Development Partners – World Bank Procedures, Islamic Development Bank, German Cooperation procedures as he dispenses courses in the Advanced Institute of Public Management on these),Public Management (General interest being his priority equally earmarked by the National Development Strategy),Public Finance (Mastery of the New Financial Regime of the State -2018, Law on Transparency with regards to Public Finance -2018, the Finance Law, the CEMAC Directives and our engagements with our Development Partners – World Bank and African Development Bank, and above all is versed with the art of public speaking. This is concretized academically by a First Degree in Law (LL.B) and a Diploma in Political Science, a Post Graduate Diploma from the National Advanced School of Administration and Magistracy specializing in Taxation (Cycle “A”), a Masters Degree in Public Management from the Advanced School of Public Management, a Masters Degree in Public Contracts from the University of Yaoundé 2 SOA and equally a Masters Degree in Public Finance from the Advanced School of Public Finance -Cameroon. Apart from exercising his expertise in all of these domains, he has contributed significantly in the translation into English of most of its documentation for some administrations given that he is an industry expert let alone being bilingual.He is currently enrolled in a Master's of Translation Course in the University of Yaoundé 1. Coupled to the fore, Berka Dzekem holds an Executive position in the Ministry of Public Contracts and is equally President of the Special Tenders Board of the Basket Fund PSFE and former President of the Special Tenders Board for SONATREL a World Bank sponsored project with a budget of over Two Hundred and Thirty Billion (230 FCFA subjected to World Bank procedures in the award of Public Contracts. He is equally one of the pillars of the elaboration of the Texts of application with regards to the June 2018 Public Contracts Code in Cameroon.In conclusion,he is proud to be a pure breed of the Cameroonian Educational System.
