My name is Berl, and I am an experienced customer service representative, technical support representative, digital marketing associate, WordPress web designer, and general virtual assistant. Working in the call center as a customer service and technical support representative for a web hosting company helped me acclimate myself to the culture of working with a business process outsourcing company. I resolve any technical issues customers may have or billing concerns that need to be addressed. After working for a few years in the BPO industry, I moved to a home-based job with a digital marketing company. I would juggle responding to email tickets, replying to chat messages, and doing administrative and marketing operations tasks while assisting the CEO in this role. My most recent job was with a business management company, where I worked remotely as a general virtual assistant for the company's CFO (chief finance officer). This role involved a broad range of tasks, from designing and remodeling websites to managing properties and assisting in preparing legal documents.
