With 15 years of extensive working experience in Construction and Project Controls, of which 5 years as a Project Engineer in one of the leading Real Estate Property Developers in the Philippines and 9 years as a Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia. Work experience in the Philippines includes field and office works; from estimation and Bill of Quantities preparation for land development, infrastructure and residential construction, verification of contractor’s actual progress on site to countercheck submitted invoices, preparation of documents for payments and construction site supervision, creating visual reports on construction; status of land development and villa construction. As a Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia; office and field works comprises the following: quantity verification as per approved Issued for Construction and shop drawings, providing quantities to construction department prior to start of construction, preparing monthly invoice, checking of sub-contactors’ invoices, Expenditure Workplans, and verification of actual progress on site, preparation of payment documents.
