About Berna Saefullah

As an ENFJ (MBTI Type), I love getting connected and understand people more. That’s why even as an Industrial Engineer, I mostly assigned in a people-oriented role. Having knowledge in how to make the overall systems better, and an interest to perceive people more, gain me to a better view of how to solve the problem. Lucky me, now I am in a strategic planning team which had a helicopter-view towards the business. I am responsible to monitor, evaluate and amplify every corporate program. I take the role as business partner to communicate and consul the programs of every directorate to internal employee so it can have the support needed and run accordingly to achieve the target. I also appointed as an Agent of Change for 3 years consecutively. I develop and amplify the company culture in my sub-directorate by making special programs to ensure that everyone having a great and healthy work environment while reduce the entropy. I try to contribute myself to help the society as a program manager of Bersua. Bersua is a non-profit organization which focus on learning experience architect that continuously developing, evaluating, implementing and integrating the ecosystem and experience of learning. Have a glance at our Instagram account @bersua. In the spare time I tend to sunk myself in books or swimming pool. And I’m a hardliner Potterhead and JRR Tolkien nerd. Hit me in the message and let’s discuss the ideas more :)#strategic #programs #systems #communication #peopleoriented #learning #corporateculture
