About Bernadett Minich

Carrier aim During my professional life I worked for a few mid-size company, I was running my own business and for the last 14 years I’ve been working for a well-known American multinational technology company. Within Microsoft I was able to use my skills in multiple teams covering different business lines. My language knowledge (Hungarian – native, German – fluent, English – fluent) was a great asset. In this time to acknowledge my achievement at the company I have been promoted twice. One of the task I always took on in all my teams was the mentoring & leading role. Thanks to my studies – I finished university as Public Relations Manager- and professional experience –working in a multi-cultural environment, leasing with teams worldwide- I gained a good understanding how to approach different people, how to identify the gaps (in processes and people readiness) and draw & drive through a plan to achieve the target. My two key skills (and passions)-analytical view and structural approach- always helped along the journey. My ultimate aim is working in a place, where I can use my skillset, experience, help for different team(s) to realize their full potential and use my experience and network to succeed.
