I am proud to own Cadham Pharmacy Health Centre a community hub of health and wellbeing supporting the safe supply of medicines and improving the health and wellbeing of our families that are in our community.We offer a triage service to our patients and our young Pharmacists have achieved post graduate clinical diploma with distinction and we now have two Independent Prescribers in our practice.We have a service level agreement with our GP practices to expand our scope of practice to support people choosing Pharmacy First for common clinical conditions.We offer Asthma clinics and we have 3 pharmacists who can support helping people to gain the confidence to understand their disease and how they can control it. We believe in the use of diagnostic tools to support this process to allow them to have the education and knowledge to then behave in a different way to get huge improvements in the quality of life.We want to be asthma guardians and support helping to save lives in asthma and so proud to have won the respiratory award at the Scottish Pharmacy Awards 2018.
