About Bernadette Bernadette Brown Nealy Brown

I’ve spent over two decades in newsrooms building more than just broadcasts — I’ve built leaders, high-performing teams, and careers people are proud of.As a media executive and coach, I know how to find exceptional talent, bring out the best in people, and align their individual strengths with the goals of the business. Whether in the fast-paced chaos of breaking news or in strategic planning sessions, I lead with curiosity, clarity, and a commitment to growth — for the people I serve and the organizations I represent.Along the way, I’ve: Created collaborative, resilient teams that thrive under pressure. Recruited, developed, and mentored newsroom leaders at every level. Driven audience and business growth by connecting great people to great work. Delivered impactful presentations and keynotes on leadership, growth, and self-discovery.At my core, I believe leadership is about empowering people — helping them discover what drives them and equipping them to succeed. That belief fuels both my work as a newsroom leader and my work as a coach and speaker, helping professionals and teams align their purpose with their performance. If you’re looking to strengthen your team, grow as a leader, or bring fresh perspective to your audience, let’s connect.
