I try to live in the moment and by taking responsibility for the energy I bring into a room and with I have worked with many like minded individuals, which has been rewarding. Some achievements have included: 1.Launch of new sourcing platforms for recruitment 2. Recruitment of over 100 positions yearly via, internal talent moves, referrals, networking and online job posting to bring in talent into the organisation 3. Continuous improvement across recruitment process to ensure approaches are meeting market expectations4. Launch a recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across South Asia 5. Launch of a company wide recognition program 6. Implementing and leading a training framework for individuals and management 5. Lead a Recruitment Network to align improvements across recruitment and share best practice6. Launch and market a referral program which improved sourcing statistics from 8%- 17% over 2 years7.
