With over 25 years of experience as an educator, system leader, and innovator, I have led transformative initiatives across Ontario's three largest school districts— Peel District School Board (PDSB), York Region District School Board (YRDSB), and Toronto District School Board (TDSB). My work experience extends to post-secondary institutions, Ministry of Education, the Ontario Principals’ Council, and other stakeholder organizations, reflecting a deep commitment to advancing equity, innovation, and accountability in education. I am dedicated to building dynamic, inclusive learning environments where technology and STEM are leveraged to ignite creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
