Coordinates with (Internal) All Divisions/ Department/ Foreign Agents External) Shipper/ Co-loader/ Carrier/ Consignee/ Brokers/ Truckers. Perform sales support / telemarketing. Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another. Work closely with shipping / airline for freight negotiation and cargo space. Arrange the delivery Order release tru Calogi / Shipping / Co-loader and coordinnate with transport for timely delivery and pick up as required by the customer. Monitoring of outstanding payment /receivables from customer, and payables to carrier, airline for imports Can handle consolidation and buyer’s consolidation. Generate new accounts, inbound / outbound/ sea freight / airfreight./ brokerage & trucking services as well as forwarding services and maintain exisiting customer. Coordinate and provide shipping instruction with inter department for proper handling of shipments. Prepare loading report and final documents for the preparation of house bill of lading and other corresponding charges to shipper/ consignee as well as charges to be collected to agent/ consignee/ customer.
