Since 2009, the majority of my professional experience has involved taking orders, processing returns, and payments, preparing job orders, quotations for pre- sales, email management, identifying fraudulent transactions on customers' financial accounts, and assisting customers with complaints and concerns in a variety of industries, such as banking, manufacturing, communications, retail, education, and most recently, health insurance. I have nearly four years of offshore work experience. I am an optimistic and customer-centric professional. I handle stress at work by getting along with my supportive co-workers. I always keep myself surrounded by positive people. I have strong interpersonal skills and am easy to train/work with. Apart from my professional background, I worked as a home tutor for children.
