I am a well-motivated Pharmacometrician who uses data from preclinical and clinical studies to build mathematical and statistical models that describe the data and help establish and explain drug exposure-response relationships. These models, in turn, provide a platform for the optimal design of dose regimens for use during clinical trials or practice in humans. I mainly use NONMEM and R software platforms for this purpose.
