About Bernard Pasiliao

As the Reporting Specialist Lead, I manage a team of six analysts, ensuring efficient data extraction, analysis, and presentation to support strategic business decisions. I lead the Analytics team in conducting detailed analysis of key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth. One of my key responsibilities is creating comprehensive reports that identify business trends, using real-time data to offer valuable insights to stakeholders. I also extract and compile data from online selling platforms, ensuring it is accurately manipulated and formatted into clear, concise reports for easy interpretation. In addition to my core duties, I provide cross-departmental support by stepping in to assist during periods of understaffing or heavy workloads. This ensures smooth operations across the company. Through close collaboration with various teams, I ensure timely delivery of reports that enable informed decision-making.
