With a Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership Bernard consults with medium and large size organizations to promote mental wellness, productivity and EDI workshops both virtual and in-person. Bernard presents on topics such as unaddressed mental health in workplace, healthy workplace relationships, self-care beyond clichés and dealing with change to improve company culture.
