My singular driving focus is to break into the device industry. As the top performer in my MSC cohort, I excelled in both the technical and sales aspects of the course. My education, work history, and relevant personal background give me an unparalleled foundation for beginning a career in the industry. During my tenure at Medical Sales College, I consistently outperformed expectations, resulting in a class-high 95.6 technical score and an exceptional professionalism score. Any of my instructors or peers will tell you that my leadership, competitive drive, and positive attitude were vital additions to the classroom dynamic. Beyond MSC, I bring invaluable professional experience from an industry that is among the most unforgiving and performance-based in all sales. As a loan specialist in the cash-advance space, I spent up to 12 hours a day making between 500 and 1200 cold calls. I succeeded in this hard-nosed environment by consistently hitting performance goals and establishing relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. As an account manager, I was responsible for over 30 independent sales organizations that resulted in over 15 million combined funding dollars. While I found success in the above sales roles, I struggled to find fulfillment cold-calling in the high-interest loan space. This led me to the medical device industry and to invest in medical sales college; however, I did not stumble upon this field randomly. When I was in middle school, pernicious anemia shredded my father's nervous system. When doctors finally pinpointed the source of his crippling pain, the damage was permanent, and my father was forced to close his business and sell our family home. Finally, after a decade of near constant pain, a spinal stimulator gave my father his life back. I want to help other families in a similar manner. I believe a career in medical device sales will do just that. I hope my skills, work experience, mindset, and personal story show that I would be an invaluable member of any successful sales team.
