About Bernard Storch

Bernard is an architect and urban designer, passionate about adopting a life-centric approach to design, enhancing a symbiotic relationship between nature and the built environment. He is fascinated by the evolution and transformation of our cities. He believes in sensitive yet decisive urban interventions to adapt, repair, repurpose, extend, reinvent, and re-connect the urban fabric. In his public speaking Bernard focuses on human experiences in the built environment, covering topics including the transformation of cities and the role of placemaking in large-scale urban regeneration projects, the future of workplace, designing to stimulate creativity and to bring people and communities together. Bernard is a partner at PLP Architecture, London-based group of architects, designers and thinkers who value the transformative role of ideas and the capacity for architecture to inspire.
