Expertise spans molecular diagnostics, outbreak response, and infectious disease surveillance, with a proven track record of developing and implementing more than 50 real-time PCR assays, adapting next-generation sequencing technologies, and deploying multipathogen diagnostic platforms for outbreak response and public health research.As a CLIA General Supervisor, I oversee complex diagnostic testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor the next generation of laboratory professionals. My career includes leading national and international collaborations, guiding laboratory teams through high-stakes public health emergencies, and publishing extensively in high-impact scientific journals.In 2025, I began the MBA program at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business to expand my leadership, business, and strategic management skills, preparing to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and organizational leadership.
