About Bernardo Chebaia
I'm a Delivery Director with 20+ years of professional experience and a strong background in technology, operations, and strategic leadership. I currently lead global delivery teams at Globant, managing large-scale operations (100+ FTEs), client engagement, financial ownership (P&L), and agile execution. I bring a unique combination of hands-on tech knowledge and strategic business vision, empowered by an MBA in Strategy & Technology and multiple agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, PMI). My experience includes: • Running high-complexity engagements in the US and Europe since 2007 • Managing end-to-end delivery: scope, planning, contracts, forecasting, billing, and staffing • Leading distributed teams and cross-functional units across regions • Driving digital transformation, performance improvement, and career development initiatives • Acting as a company representative for clients, partners, and media I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, simplifying complexity, and delivering value at scale through technology and trust-based leadership.
