I have also developed skills in the areas of Supply Chain and Human Resources. Working experience with multicultural teams and communicating in different languages, i have been helping organizations in their planning processes, in the organization of their finance department, in having access to better data for the decision making process, in improving their operational excellence and their standard operating procedures. Significant participation as leader or co-leader in Finance on Cross-Functional Projects that have improved the organizations performance, in such diverse areas as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) set-up and configuration, Sales and Distribution, Business Intelligence, Corporate Governance (delegation of authority), Finance and Accounting, Outsourcing processes, Treasury and Receivables, Accounts Payable and Expense Reports.
