SWISS – FORM, a.s. produces and composes parts and assemblies made of thin sheet metal. The portfolio of our customers is very broad, our products go predominantly to the following industries: medicine, laboratory equipment, food processing, electrical engineering, telecommunications and IT, measuring equipment etc. Our goal is to add a great value and quality to the processed products. We can process a wide range of sheet metal materials: typically cold-rolled steel (11321.21 / St1203 / DC01); electronically plated zinc-coated steel (Zinkor); hot dip galvanized steel(Sendzimir); aluminium (AlMg1, AlMg3), and stainless steel (1.4016, 1.4301). We specialise in processing sheet metal thickness in size ranged from 0.5 to 2.5 mm. Our company uses an all-round and advanced equipment coming from machinery suppliers that are leaders in their operational fields (Trumpf, Amada.). We offer our customers following services: cutting out; combined cut-out + laser processing; laser processing; deburring; straightening; hydraulic presses; edging presses; standardised item pressing-on; standardised items welding-on; TIG method welding; spot welding; grounding; silk screening; assembling. Our cut-out presses and combined machines (cut-out + laser) are completely automated which allows us to work in continuous operation. Both our production halls are equipped with advanced machinery. We have installed two fully automated robotic edging cells from Trumpf this year. The portfolio of our customers is very broad, our products go predominantly to the following industries: medicine, laboratory equipment, food processing, electrical engineering, telecommunications and IT, measuring equipment etc. Last but not least, we offer our customers a technical support in the product development phase. Our experts in the machine design and development and technology field are typically part of the customer’s project team providing support and expertise in the sheet metal items processing field.
