About Bernardo Oliveira

Driven by the passion for Construction and Architecture which arose from an early age, my professional path find its origins long before my master degree in Architecture, as I grew up in contact with construction works and its realities since my early childhood years. Following my academic path, my first steps in the Architecture Industry were as a trainee/junior Architect in an Architectural Office environment, where I've developed skills in the preparation of architectural projects through all stages (base studies and pre-design, design development and detailing project, construction documents, bidding and budgeting, negotiation, supervision.) Over the past 4 years, I've wrought my path as a Construction Project Manager/Coordinator in the Construction Industry, having been part of several construction projects of renovation and new development, mostly in the residential and hospitality area, both from the contractor and the client's (owner) side. Lately I merged my experience and background in the Construction & Architecture field with the Real Estate development and investment market, playing a role as a Project Manager in several real estate investments in the residential area (from after the purchase of properties), leading and overseeing all the stages of the client's investments for the short and long-term rental market in terms of reshaping and flipping the properties, ranging from small and cosmetic renovations (with a budget range between 10-20k€) to full and intensive renovation of properties (ranging between 30-120k€), managing both the suppliement of materials and performance of contractors and third-part suppliers, the design project and team, while keeping and tightening the relationship with the client.
