About Bernardo Sunderhus

Senior Software Engineer with a focus on building scalable, high‑performance frontend systems and developer platforms. I work at the intersection of UI architecture, distributed systems, and modern web technologies. At Microsoft Teams, I contribute to large-scale infrastructure and modularisation efforts, helping teams ship complex features with confidence and performance in mind. I care deeply about correctness, clear abstractions, and separating concerns—especially in systems that evolve over time. I enjoy tackling hard problems, from rendering and layout constraints in the browser to distributed state coordination across clients. Outside of work, I’m continuously refining my skills in system design, algorithms, and functional programming.
