Robby is an experienced Senior Manager at PwC Indonesia with more than 9 years experience in the audit, consultancy, and advisory services related to the IT and Internal Controls. He serves many industries, including financial services; consumer and industrial products and services; energy, utilities and resources; and technology, media and telecommunications industry. He is experience as well in ERP transformation and data migration project, including to work as Project Management Office (PMO), Change Management (CM), and Quality Assurance (QA). He serves many clients from the large enterprises to small and medium-sized enterprises. His speciality is on the financial services industry which makes him aware with several IT related regulations and best practices in Indonesia. He is a hard-working person, agile, creative, has good critical thinking for problem solving, fast learner, competitive, passionate, team-worker and always put the quality as the top priority while doing his job. He also curious on the work he was assigned for, especially to really know the purpose on his work. He enjoys spending time, communicating with his counter party on his consultant life, changing the “good relationship” into “trusted relationship” with them, including to understand the needs or pain points, recommend the possible and feasible solutions, or simply to become a good friend for daily conversations with his counter party/client. He is passionate on innovation, especially in using technology to solve important problems or simply to suggest for process improvement or increase the efficiency of works. He is familiar with several digital tools used such as is SQL, Alteryx, and PowerBI. He hold Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) since 2018.
