Extensive experience in technical operation managment, risk & compliance management, business navigation management, the travel industry,and high knowledge of the retail industry. My goal is to provide exceptional contributions to service for all customers and co-workers. I have a diversified experience of leading and managing people and departments, with expertise in change management. I speak fluently Dutch (native), Swedish, English and have a good knowledge of German, Spanish and French. I am business orientated with a focus on behaviour and people generating results. In addition to my experience, I often receive very positive feedback with regards to my communication skills; straightforward, clear to the point and honest. Working and living in different countries (Sweden, The Netherlands, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Austria, The Gambia) encouraged and challenged me to see things from different angles and perspectives. One of my biggest strengths is my curiousity in coaching and leading co-workers in personal development and growth.
